I've just created a Google Group that goes beyond the scope of Lone Arrangers for the Boston-area.

This group is the latest version of "Boston Archivist Group," aka BAG- that existed a few years ago and was so folks could get together in between NEA meetings. Christina Zamon, Paige Roberts, and I were talking about how nice it would be to see the other archivists who are so close, yet we rarely see each other. End the isolation! Let's have lunch on the Common.

I'm happy to report that the meeting in Newport, Rhode Island was quite good. Many Ning bookmarks were handed out so hopefully we'll see some more folks from New England signing up here pretty soon.

Today I added sub-sections to our already established forum conversations. I hope my choices are accurate enough for the original poster's liking. I just wanted to sort that out, as - like probalby most of you- I like things in categories. It makes it easier to find stuff later!
