For those of you not on the Archives and Archivists listserv, there has been quite a bit of discussion about getting SAA to give accreditation to graduate programs. Most job descriptions (depending on the job) will request that an archivist have an ALA Accredited Masters degree in Library Science/Information Studies. If you haven't seen it yet the resource wiki is up and running. The link is located in the Resource box on the left side of the main page. Anyone can post or edit pages on the wiki and I've started it by creating a forms page where we can post example forms for different needs.
